RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We stand behind all of the merchandise made for you and your customers! Whether your product was damaged in transit or a design flaw was produced, we are committed to providing solutions and making it right for you. Please submit this Return Request within fourteen (14) days of delivery to arteroman2@gmail.com to determine if your order qualifies for a return (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer). Please submit one Return Request per order and if there are multiple items in your order for return.

If Arteroman will inform you  its decision to approve  your request,  please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, send your pourchasse to:

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within between 10  to 15 days. You can verify the refound with your bank.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges we do not apply an exchange policy if you will be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

4. If you received a defective/damaged/wrong item, please contact ARTEROMAN arteroman2@gmail.com Customer Service within 30 days of purchase. We will not process any complaints beyond this period.

How can I get my refund?

1. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days of receiving your return package.

During sales season, it takes a little longer for returns to be processed at our warehouse. Your refund will be delayed approximately 3-5 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
